Courtney DuBois, MS, CCLS is a Certified Child Life Specialist with extensive experience supporting children and families across hospital and community-based settings. She works closely with medical teams to provide emotional support, developmentally appropriate education, and coping strategies for children and families navigating medical experiences, with a special focus on NICU and premature infants.
Courtney holds degrees from the University of Florida and Nova Southeastern University. Her passion for empowering parents stems from years of hands-on work with families during some of their most vulnerable moments. She understands the emotional complexity of navigating medical systems, advocating for a child’s needs, and supporting early development amid uncertainty. This perspective drives her mission to equip parents with knowledge, practical tools, and compassionate guidance—ensuring they play an active role in their child’s care and progress.
Based in South Florida, Courtney enjoys staying active, spending time at Disney World, and making the most of the sunshine outside of her work with families.
